About Amy Wilmot

Amy Wilmot is the founder of Growth Game Consulting. Amy has earned her master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from The University of Pennsylvania and is certified in Applied Positive Psychology through the New York Open Center. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she played Division I soccer and captained a nationally ranked team. Her personal and professional experiences have informed her interest in the science of human flourishing and the demand for mindset shifts in all areas of life. She works with youth and collegiate athletes, school districts, clinical populations, and large corporations to align individual and organizational thought processing to support performance, mental durability, consistency, and well-being.

Amy also works as a resilience trainer for the Penn Resilience Program at the Positive Psychology Center for The University of Pennsylvania.
