Mental Performance
Mental training is a performance enhancement method that is based on the research of Sport Psychology and Positive Psychology. It is intended to elevate play, athletic experience, and improve overall well-being. Together we will work to achieve positive personal development, collective functioning, and performance improvement. This service can be done in-person or remotely via video conferencing.
Recovery Mindset
Recovery Mindset Training uses positive psychology to supplement existing treatment methods while recovering from mental health concerns, specifically eating disorders. We work to Identify and access positive emotions, personal strengths, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment to motivate and encourage recovery behavior. Group or individual sessions available and can be done in-person or via video conferencing. Mindset Training is not therapy and does not replace any evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
